Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:15, however the hotel is happy to offer an earlier breakfast if this is required. Evening dinner is served at 18:00 and can be ordered on a daily basis if required. All produce used is fresh and locally sourced for both breakfast and dinner. The bar/lounge is situated on the ground floor. The charming dining room is down a flight of stairs at semi-basement level. If the stairs are a problem for diners, a table can be laid and meals served in the bar lounge. |

From the M5: - Exit at junction 31. - Follow the A38. - Join the A380 signposted for Torquay. - Follow the A380 to the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot. - Continue along the A380 then join the A3022 into Torquay. - When you arrive at Torre Station/Halfords, follow signs for the seafront/English Riviera Conference Centre. - Continue onto Avenue Road. - Continue down this road, over a set of traffic lights and The Brandize entrance is on the left-hand side, approximately 50 yards past the set of traffic lights, opposite the playing fields. - The entrance to the car park is a slope, with both level and hill parking. |

Please note that the hotel does not accept bookings from single sex groups. Should you be seen to be part of a group you will be refused entry. If booking a family room, the price quoted is for 2 adults and one child. Additional children (up to 3 in total) are charged 12.50 GBP per night. Please let us know at the time of booking how many children. All payments with a credit card will carry a surcharge of 2.5%. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 7 years are welcome. Extra beds are not available. Up to three children from 7 to 14 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
